Kindergarten Writing Wall

This is a bulletin board designated to highlight the work we are doing at writing time {I got this idea from Regie Routman}.
Highlighting Books
I bought the picture ledges at IDEA {10 dollars each}

Guiding Questions above the Books

My goal is to have students generate answers
to these questions. We will then create anchor charts.

  4. You are awesome! Just stopped by to say hi! I haven't blogged a thing (yet) this year, but I will (soon). I'm teaching first this year! I love that we did some of the same IKEA shopping this year. :) Those book ledges are great. I hope you're having a great start to the year!!

  5. Howdy! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering if you knew where I could locate a captcha plugin for my comment form? I’m using the same blog platform as yours and I’m having difficulty finding one? Thanks a lot!

  6. This is great Melissa! What a wonderful way to build strong writers in your classroom. I am going to have to figure out how I can do something like this in my room.
